African djembe drumming is fun,
relaxing and enjoyable but also energises and inspires whilst
improving co-ordination and motor skills. It is completely inclusive
being open to people of any age, background or ability.

African drumming sessions are open to
all and are held in Seaford and Eastbourne. |

Peripatetic Teaching, Extra Curricular
or After School Clubs are also available throughout Sussex. |

The stress reduction and team building
qualities of African Drumming are particularly suited to industry
and corporate events . |

Sessions can be tailor made from one
hour to a half day or whole day session. |
